The Rules. - 1 Viewing The WCA "State of Chivalry" is the equivalent of ROH's "Code of Honor", as far as In Character usage goes. As well, the State of Chivalry is the basic term used to define the Out Of Character rules, that of which MUST be obeyed if one wishes to stay out of trouble. As long as a major offense is not committed, you should in turn be fine.
- Racism/Homophobia and hate "crimes" of any sort shall not be tolerated. - CAW's only. There is to be no using of real wrestlers. Also note, if your character is a blatant and obvious knock off of a wrestler (Ex- Name:MC Punk, Gimmick: Straightedge, Finisher: Go to Bed/Coke Drop) you shall be denied a WCA contract. - if you have issues with any members, take it to MSN or the PM system. Please. - If you no-show for three weeks (differing on reasons) without a valid excuse for such, you shall be fired. Your account will not be deleted, but you will have to wait a month until you may RP. (This rule is bendable depending on certain aspects of the offense). - Insulting someone via C-Box is NOT a ban-able offense however, depending on what is said, this rule can be changed. If you are the target of C-Box arguing, you should simply leave the C-box. We do not encourage C-Box hate, but we do realize that at times such can be for fun. - When RPing, your RP must reach the limit of at least 500 words. There is no maximum limit. Also note that complaining of a loss is not wanted or needed, so reframe from such. If you do feel you have unfairly lost, take it up with the staff via PM/MSN.
IN CHARACTER - All wrestlers must shake hands both before and after a match-up. - 60 second ring count out. - Weapons (of any sort) are not permitted in matches. If one is to use a weapon, said wrestlers shall not be DQ'd, but instead forfeit the match up and be given a strike. (Please not that once three strikes are given, management interference of some sort shall be done.) - All matches are to be contested within a 30 minute set time limit. Except for title bouts, in which the tag team and pure title shall have a time limit of 45 minutes each, and the Heavyweight title a 60 minute limit. - If a match should exceed its time limit, on the odd occasion a judging shall be ruled, in which the judge shall pick said winner, whilst the loser will be given a guaranteed rematch. - If a match exceeds time limit, then an extra five minuets may be given on the odd occasion. - If a match exceeds time limits, with no clear cut winner, then the match shall latter be re-contested. - If a wrestler lsoes there belt in a match, they are not guaranteed a rematch. Rematch Clauses are non-existent within WCA. - Outside interference results in a strike to said wrestler. - Any attacking of the match official(s) will result in a strike to said wrestler. - Females are allowed to compete in matches with males. Wrestling Crown Adaptation's weekly saturday night event, Battleground. Battleground airs each week from 12 - 2 on MTV2. Within the confines of this area you will find the weekly match cards, results and match RP's. This is the start of your own career with WCA.
Within the general RP development, you can fully develop your wrestler without being in a match. If you would like to start a feud or storyline with another member, here is a grand place to make such happen. If you wish to make an open challenge, here is where it shall occur. Need hype for an upcoming match? Yep. Here it shall happen.
WCA's official Wrestling school, known as: the School of Adaptation. Here any and all RP'ers whom feel they need some helpful tips come to take classes each week. You will post your RP's and have a/the school's teacher rate them, give you pros and cons, tell you what to work on and how to. You will also learn to properly learn to RP (hence those new to RPing) and be given help creating and developing your character (i.e name, gimmick, moves, picture base, etc).
It is to be said that if you haven't RP'ed before, you should join the school first to get the basic idea, so that you may sore through the gates at the start.
A staff meeting will happen at a certain point, to deicde whom of whom has earned a graduation, which will be listed as an acchomplishment in WCA (and other e-Feds).
The school is for all levels, may you be on your way to being a top star, or just finding your way into the wonderfuly (awful) world of efeding.
